1. Is it possible to move my boiler to a different location?

Of course, we will move your boiler for an extra fee. The relocation is shown on the form. The new place must be equipped with proper facilities for the boilers. Our team will evaluate your request from the photos and get back to you with clarification if we need to explore this further.

2. Will the new boiler fit in my cupboard?

On our website, we show all of the measurements for each boiler we install. Before placing your order, you should first measure the inside of your cupboard. Minimum clearance space is required around boilers (usually 5mm on each side, 165mm above and 180mm below). Regarding your order, our team will look at the photos you provide us and inform you if there are any problems with proposing solutions.

3. What is a combi boiler?

4. What is a regular boiler?

31. Is a CP12 included with my installation?

A CP1 will be completed for the appliance we instal only. All other gas appliances will be done by sight. In order to comply with your obligations as a landlord, you will also have to complete a CP12 gas certificate separately.

32. Who is liable for registering the warranty?

Our team will contact the manufacturer to activate your boiler warranty; you will receive an email confirmation of this within 8 weeks of installation.

33. What is included under the terms of my warranty?

The components inside the boiler and the flue are covered by your new boiler warranty. The manufacturer provides the warranty, which covers all parts and labour used to repair the boiler in the case of a problem.

34. Do I have to pay a call-out fee to make a warranty claim?

36. Will my old boiler or tanks be removed from my house?

Yes, indeed. Your old boiler and/or hot water cylinder will be removed and recycled by our team. If you have a header tank, we will make every effort to remove it, but they are often larger than the entry hatch. It would basically be drained and relocated.

37. Can you provide new radiators as part of the installation?

Regrettably, we are unable to provide or sell radiators. We will inform you about your engineer prior to installation and will help you to contact them in advance to see if there is something you can arrange directly with them.
